Today, I turned 33. And for my birthday, I rebranded my business.

Using my name for my business is something I have wanted/questioned/longed to do since creating an instagram in 2017 to have an outlet for my portfolio.

So why did I wait so long? Simple, I was too chickenshit.

I was constantly seeking validation and approval that I was good enough to be a "true" creative. I didn't want to jeopardize my corporate career. Then last year happened... I was burning the candle at both ends. Everyone saw I was thriving, because yay social media, but truly I was at a low point and something had to give. I was nonexistent in my kids lives between days at the office, weekends with clients and evenings spent editing.

So cue the midlife crisis where I took a leap of faith and traded my pink blazer for a pink backdrop.

I am SO PROUD to be officially launching Leigh Ann Remke Photography today! It's been months in the making, prayed over for years and a testament to timing is truly everything. Years from now, I want my girls to know I did this for them - to be the best version of myself for them and their father. I want them to know they are capable of hard things, chasing their dreams and success comes in all shapes and sizes - not just a title.

If you find yourself burning the candles at both ends and need someone to talk to, reach out to me... please! I have walked a similar path and need you to know you are not alone, you are capable of hard things and God will provide - He always does!

Until next week, cheers friends!

BIG SHOUT OUT to my fave ladies - Alyssa and Katherine! Thank you both for the endless voice memos, words of affirmation and being a constant cheerleader for me! I wouldn't be launching LRP today without the two of you.
